I was having a conversation with a fellow sustainability newbie the other day and we found ourselves talking about sustainability and the environment. We had lots of interesting thoughts on the topic but one thing stuck out to me — he said that he loves the feeling of being part of something bigger than himself. He wants to leave something better than how he found it.
