Today I’m revisiting a special conversation with one of my teachers, Ron Wells. I’ve studied around the world with Ron and his wife, Marianne—over 500 hours of yoga school credentials—and Coffee & Crystals was actually born during one of their trainings in Costa Rica.

This episode was recorded back in 2022, when I was brand new to podcasting and honestly so nervous to have Ron on. We talked sutras, his journey after a heart attack, and… a little bit of everything else.
