www.Turn2Me.ie provides a range of free counselling services to anyone 18+ living in Ireland who may be dealing with anxiety or depression or struggling in any area of their life. These services are provided immediately without a referral or diagnosis, are just a click away and can be completely anonymous. Anyone can avail of up to six free counselling sessions per year and various online peer support groups are also available.
