This week's guest is Wales netball star and Cardiff Metropolitan Lecturer, Suzy Drane. 

Throughout her career with Welsh netball, Suzy has amassed over 100 caps for the national team, building a career which has spanned over a decade, representing her country at three commonwealth games!

Suzy, who is now the Cardiff Metropolitan director of netball is taking a closer concentration on coaching, with the launching of the Women in Sports Coaching initiative along with other coaches and lecturers from Cardiff Met including the likes of Robyn Pinder.

Suzy speaks to Rachel about life during Covid-19, the return to coaching and women in sports coaching.
