Your usual places for bliss are cut off right now.  This is an important time to do bliss yoga so that you have peak experiences.   Gurudevi says that it is about the inner experience.  You peek inside to who you really are, your own inherent Divinity, your Self.  You have peak experiences when your mind becomes still and bliss arises from within. 

Gurudevi explains that Svaroopa® Vidya meditation is about discovering the mystery within, the hidden dimension of your own vast and cosmic existence, what yoga calls your own Self.  How do you get in there? Gurudevi wants to help you find new pathways to bliss.   She says, any of your senses can be used as a pathway inward to experience the bliss of your own Self.

Gurudevi says that we are in a spiritual crisis, and she says this time also offers an opportunity.  However, the opportunity doesn't lie in the places you are used to looking.  You can harness the incredible power of your mind to go deeper, to the source of your mind, which is your own existence, your Self.
