Mental health is an important topic. Everyday many people suffer from mental health problems and many of them go untreated.🤔 People don't come forward and share as there is stigma in our society.😶 Here in this podcast we talked with our counselor and understood about mental health on a deeper level.😃Come join us and know more about mental health and fight against it. 🤗It's need of the hour to talk more openly about this. 🤟

Hostel- a place where you don't live, but live the best moments of your life. Sviesa and Chill is back with yet another podcast that will remind you of hostel days. The hostel where you have a different family altogether, with a different set of comfort.  One of the biggest parts of college life is the hostel because not only do you live there but it's your home now. You find a home away from your home. Not everything goes as you planned here, but as they say “yahi din toh age jaa ke yaad ayenge”.  This podcast is to get you back to the memory lane and give you flashbacks of your hostel days and nights too.
