Hoy compartimos lo que aconteció el pasado 27 de septiembre, en el marco del Freestyle Day 2º Edición 2025, competencia de Street Workout que tuvo como locación el Circuito de Barras del Parque El Ejército - Las Ballenas, ubicado en la ciudad de Maracay, estado Aragua, Venezuela.

En el Freestyle Day pueden participar atletas de cualquier categoría que tengan nivel de ejecución en movimientos dinámicos. Esta competencia tiene objetivos multipropósitos. Uno de ellos es brindar un espacio de competencia sana y metódica para que los atletas locales, con nivel competitivo, puedan demostrar sus habilidades y nivel de entrenamiento en el Freestyle. La idea es brindar oportunidad para que participen atletas a nivel local; con el propósito de promover, masificar e incentivar la práctica del Street Workout y la Calistenia en los jóvenes de la región.

Esta segunda edición del Freetyle Day 2025 fue planificada y organizada por los jóvenes que integran la comunidad de SWC dentro del ecosistema HIVE. En esta oportunidad @joscar-sw fue el encargado de la organización de la competencia, puesto que @manuelramos estaba cumpliendo compromisos con atletas del estado Falcón, en al ciudad de Punto Fijo. En un esfuerzo conjunto se logró llevar a cabo la materialización de esta competencia de full dinámicos.

Fue un espacio de competencia que congregó a atletas de alto nivel de ejecución de dinámicos. Atletas que con su disciplina y constancia han logrado estar a la vanguardia de lo que es hoy un atleta de alto rendimiento.

Today we're sharing what happened on September 27th, as part of Freestyle Day 2nd, Edition 2025, a Street Workout competition held in Bar Circuit at El Ejército Park - Las Ballenas, located in Maracay city, Aragua state, Venezuela.

Athletes of any age group and category who have a level of execution in dynamic movements can participate in Freestyle Day. This competition has multiple objectives. One of them is to provide a space for healthy and methodical competition so that local athletes with a competitive level can demonstrate their skills and training in Freestyle. The idea is to provide an opportunity for local athletes to participate, with the goal of promoting, expanding, and encouraging the practice of Street Workout and Calisthenics among young people in the region.

This second edition of Freestyle Day 2025 was planned and organized by the young people who make up the SWC community within the HIVE ecosystem. This time, @joscar-sw was in charge of organizing the competition, as @manuelramos was fulfilling commitments with athletes from Falcón state, in Punto Fijo city. Through a collaborative effort, this dynamic full-body competition was successfully realized.

It was a competitive space that brought together high-level athletes with dynamic performance. Athletes who, through their discipline and perseverance, have managed to remain at the forefront of what constitutes a high-performance athlete today.

Fue un espacio de competencia que congregó a atletas con ejecución de movimientos estáticos; en su mayoría, atletas de alto rendimiento. Los jueces evaluaron a cada atleta de acuerdo a su puesta en escena, limpieza en sus movimientos y tiempo de ejecución. Cada atleta demostró su nivel competitivo, sus habilidades y nivel de entrenamiento en estáticos. Atletas que con su disciplina y constancia han logrado estar a la vanguardia de lo que es hoy un atleta de alto rendimiento.

The judges evaluated each athlete based on their performance, clean movements, and time. Each athlete demonstrated their competitive level, skills, and level of training in static movements. Athletes who, through their discipline and perseverance, have managed to remain at the forefront of what constitutes a high-performance athlete today.

Only Static Pro is an open national Street Workout competition to Elite, Professional, and Semi-Professional athletes with a level of static movement performance. This competition featured athletes in the Professional and Semi-Professional categories. This competition has multiple objectives. One of them is to provide a space for competitive athletes to demonstrate their skills and level of training in static movements. The idea is to provide an opportunity for local athletes to participate, with the goal of promoting, expanding, and encouraging the practice of Street Workout and Calisthenics among young people in the region. This event emphasizes the participation of high-performance athletes in these types of events, allowing them to share experiences with athletes and enthusiasts.

Only Statics es una competencia nacional abierta de Street Workout, en la cual pueden participar atletas de las categorías Élite, Profesional y Semi-Profesional que tengan nivel de ejecución en movimientos estáticos. Esta competencia tiene objetivos multipropósitos. Se estima que la Ronda Clasificatoria tenga una duración máxima de 1,5 horas. Participarán 20 atletas, 10 atletas en cada categoría, para clasificar las mejores 6 puntuaciones a la próxima ronda. Cada atleta tendrá, en la categoría Profesional, 1:20 minutos para demostrar sus habilidades y destrezas. En la categoría Semi-profesional, cada atleta tendrá 1:00 minuto para realizar su puesta en escena. Pasan a la segunda ronda los atletas con los mejores 6 puntajes.

En la Ronda de Cuarto de finales participarán los 6 atletas con las mayores puntuaciones, los que hayan obtenido los puntajes más altos, de acuerdo a la ponderación de los Jueces. Cada atleta tendrá, en la categoría correspondiente, el tiempo de 1:20 minutos o 1:00 minuto para realizar su puesta en escena. Pasan a la tercera ronda los atletas con los 3 mejores puntajes en cada una de las categorías.

En la Ronda de Semifinales participarán los 3 atletas que hayan obtenido la mayor puntuación en su actuación, de acuerdo a la ponderación de los Jueces. Tendrán, en la categoría correspondiente, el tiempo de 1:20 minutos o 1:00 minuto para realizar su puesta en escena. El atleta con la menor ponderación obtiene el tercer lugar en el Podium en esta competencia. Finalmente, pasan a la ronda final los 2 atletas con los mejores puntajes.

En la Ronda final van a participar 2 atletas por cada categoría. Cada atleta tendrá, en la categoría correspondiente, el tiempo de 1:20 minutos o 1:00 minuto para demostrar sus habilidades y destrezas. Quien obtenga la mayor ponderación será quien ocupe, el Primer Lugar en el Pódium en la Only Statics Pro 1º Edición 2025.

The Qualifying Round is estimated to last a maximum of 1.5 hours. Twenty athletes will participate, 10 athletes in each category, with the top six scores qualifying for the next round. In the Professional category, each athlete will have 1:20 minutes to demonstrate their skills and abilities. In the Semi-Professional category, each athlete will have 1:00 minute to present their performance. The athletes with the top six scores advance to the second round.

Se estima que la Ronda Clasificatoria tenga una duración máxima de 1,5 horas. Participarán 30 atletas, para clasificar las mejores puntuaciones a la próxima ronda. Participarán 10 atletas en las categorías Amateur, Semi-Profesional y Profesional; 10 atletas por cada categoría, para clasificar las mejores puntuaciones a la próxima ronda. En esta ronda cada atleta tendrá 1 minuto para demostrar sus habilidades y destrezas. Clasificarán 8 atletas en cada una de las categorías.

Participarán 8 atletas, los que hayan obtenido los puntajes más altos, de acuerdo a la ponderación de los Jueces. En esta ronda se realizan 4 versus, los versus tienen una duración de 45 segundos, clasifican 4 atletas a la Ronda 3.

Participarán 4 atletas. Cada atleta realizará una ronda de 1 minuto para demostrar sus habilidades y destrezas para clasificar a la final. Clasifican sólo 3 atletas a la Ronda final.

Participarán 3 atletas. Cada atleta realizará una ronda de 1 minuto para demostrar sus habilidades y destrezas, la mejor puntuación define el primer lugar del Podium, y así se definen los tres atletas del Podium en cada categoría.

Durante el año 2024 se desarrollaron las primeras tres ediciones de este tipo de Versus, los cuales fueron una novedad para los atletas y aficionados del Street Workout y la Calistenia. Como comunidad y organizadores de este tipo de eventos somos vanguardia. Nuevamente tenemos planificado la realización de tres ediciones de este tipo de Versus en el año 2025.

During 2024 the first three editions of this type of Versus took place, which were a novelty for Street Workout and Calisthenics athletes and fans. As a community and organisers of this type of event we are at the forefront. Again we plan to hold three such Versus events in 2025.

Durante el año 2023 se desarrollaron las primeras tres ediciones de estos tipos de Versus los cuales fueron una novedad para nosotros como comunidad y organización. Nuevamente celebraremos estas tres ediciones en el año 2025, dando así inicio a nuestro ciclo de actividades de la comunidad con el 1° Versus por Aleatoriedad, el cual se desarrollará el día viernes 31 de enero en el Parque “Las Ballenitas”, ubicado en Las Acasias, Maracay, estado Aragua.

During the year 2023, the first three editions of these types of Versus were developed, which were new for us as a community and organization. Once again we will celebrate these three editions in 2025, thus kicking off our cycle of community activities with the 1st Versus by Randomness, which will take place on Friday 31 January in the ‘Las Ballenitas’ Park, located in Las Acasias, Maracay, Aragua state.

Estructura:

Participarán 20 atletas. Serán evaluados por los Jueces desde un criterio general y orgánico, los atletas deben ser lo más completos posibles a la hora de ejecutar su participación. De los 20 atletas clasificarán sólo 12 atletas a la 2° ronda, serán seleccionadas las 12 mejores puntuaciones; es decir, aquellos atletas que destacaron y fueron completos en su participación.

Tiempo: 1,30 minutos

Estructura:

Participarán 12 atletas. Se realizará un sorteo aleatorio a los 12 atletas para definir los 6 Versus, de los cuales saldrán victoriosos 6 atletas, quienes se enfrentarán en la tercera ronda. Los versus están definidos de la siguiente manera, serán 2 rondas de 45 segundos para cada versus, por cada atleta.

Tiempo de las rondas: 45 segundos por atleta.

Estructura:

Participarán 6 atletas. Nuevamente se aplicará un sorteo aleatorio a los 6 atletas para definir los 3 Versus, de los cuales saldrán victoriosos 3 atletas, quienes se enfrentarán en la cuarta ronda para definir el 1°, 2° y 3° lugar del pódium. Los versus están definidos de la siguiente manera, serán 2 rondas de 45 segundos para cada versus, por cada atleta.

Tiempo de las rondas: 45 segundos por atleta.

Participan los 3 atletas que clasificaron para la gran final. Los 3 atletas participarán en un versus de 3 para definir el 1°, 2° y 3° lugar del pódium. Cada atleta contará con dos rondas de 1:00 minuto.
