If you think that rest is all you need when you have a cold, YOU ARE WRONG. Rest is one of the things you need, but take a shower and wash the illness and dead skin off. sweat it out do a workout, yeah its still perfectly healthy to do that, and wash off, it might even make you tired enough to get that nap in that has been escaping you.
