On this episode of SlashU Held Back we're re-visiting "Sweatshop" from 2009. We talk about this movie a LOT on SlashU because it was one of those that came out of nowhere and really surprised us. The plot/acting isn't great, but it's a low budget slasher movie so what do you expect? But the effects were outstanding and the brutality of the slasher really stands out compared to other lesser known movies we've seen. It's the story of a group of glow-stick loving ravers who break into an abandoned factory to hold a huge rave. But The Beast already lives there. And he doesn't take too kindly to anyone breaking in. With his welding mask and giant foundry hammer, he stalks the ravers, violently ending their party.
