Coach Andrea Sweet and Coach Shaun Fishel are the two strength and conditioning coaches at Philips Exeter Acedemy. They both have their masters degree in strength and conditioning, and both have very unique approaches in handling their already unique enviornment. They're super smart and just awesome human beings making this an awesome conversation!
