Thanks to the Gender Equality in Employment Act, discrimination on the basis of gender is illegal in the workplace. But as ICRT's Jane Lee discovers, banning discrimination -- at least in the work place -- hasn't made it any easier for women to move forward, particularly when it comes to sports.
