Bertina is a transformative educator and Philanthropist. She is the founder and executive director of Butterflies N Effects, a non-profit organizations , that addresses the needs of middle school children. It is an afterschool program that is offered virtually, that includes mentorship, aiming to empower students with the tools the need to accede academically and in life. Ensuring that each student is able to spread their wings and reach full potential.
