It's the 8th anniversary of Sweet Blossom Coffee Roasters this year, and to share more stories behind the good cup of coffee serving to you guys, we have an exclusive interview with our founder & roaster. From sharing his journey in turning his passion for specialty coffee into his lifetime career, to talking about the future of specialty coffee, and what should we do to ensure the sustainability of this industry.

Artificial Intelligence has been a game-changing move for various industries, including specialty coffee. Will our skills in making coffee become valueless one day? How can we improve consumers' experience by riding on technology development? These questions led us to the discussion of episode 2.
