Decent Mystery

I was very interested at the start of 'Sweet Karoline,' but as the book went on I got sort of lost. I feel like I missed some important plot points - how did Anne find out about her long, lost family in the first place? There were a lot of crucial questions that went unanswered for me by the end of the story, to the point where I was disappointed that I hung in there the whole way through. If the story had a faster pace and a clearer plot I think I would have enjoyed it a lot more! The narration was good and helped me get through to the end.

Great Mystery

Really good mystery with great narration. I would recommend this to everyone. I was given this free review copy audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review. The fact that I was gifted this book had no influence over my opinion of it.

Great once you get going

I enjoyed this audio recording. I had trouble at first. For me, there was too much character development, especially with a few minor characters. Once things get going, the story is a good one with a fun finish.

Good book

A little scary in places, but a good story with a good narrator brings this book to the forefront. I received this audio book for free at my request and voluntarily reviewed.

Not my style

I dont enjoy spending a lot of time inside one persons head. I enjoy interaction with characters that involve real-time conversations, not just remembrances of conversations by one person.
