This week we're discussing "mom bodies" and how having kids has changed every aspect of our lives. We get deep about how we feel about ourselves physically and emotional since having kids, and how we cope with it. This was our first time recording on Zoom so please excuse the technical issues!

We wanted to touch base on a topic that we feel is so overlooked! The "Fourth Trimester" is the 12 week period immediately after birth. It is a time of great physical and emotional change as your baby adjusts to being outside the womb, and you adjust to your new life as a mom!
