Hey all! In this episode, I talk about my switch from WordPress to using Github with Mobirise website builder.  I also have been working in Objective-C lately, and wanted to talk a little bit about the benefits of at least knowing some of it, how difficult it is compared to Swift (actually, not bad) and the resource I have been using to learn it.  I also go over the videos I made recently on network calls, and talk about the good and bad of third-party frameworks.

Hey! In this episode, I talk about technical job interviews (..as the title says).  I talk about HackerRank and LeetCode tests, as well as Cracking the Coding Interview.  I think mindset is important in these situations, so I try to bring some level of empathy for the company's situation into the thought process around interviews.

I start my evening off with a beer, and talk about some options for building your developer website, from building it yourself to using an all-in-one builder, and everything in between (by everything, I mean WordPress hehe).  I also finally get a crack at SwiftUI using Catalina Beta 3.  I compare SwiftUI to UIKit and talk about its future, and I totally judge the Catalina Beta.

In episode 11 of Swift Life, the main theme is about staying organized and focused on dev work.  Some of the topics I touch on include Trello workflows, finding what time of day you do your best work, getting sleep, and writing notes down on paper.  I also update where I'm at on my app World Wide Weather and iOS job search.
