Amanda Caldwell talks about her coaching experience at Georgia Southern, Rice University, and Georgia Tech. She also was a coach for the Dynamo Swim Club in Atlanta. Amanda was a four year letterman at Youngstown State. Amanda shares what Georgia Southern looks for in a potential recruit as well as provides tips to gain speed and endurance in your swimmers stroke of choice!

The "Purple Aces" head coach discusses his coaching career and what it took for him to lead Georgia Tech to eight ACC Championships. Stu also talks about his past club coaching experience with Nitro Swimming, Southern Crescent Aquatic, and Swim Atlanta and the biggest adjustments for club swimmers making the jump to the collegiate level. Stu discusses his swimming career at the University of Georgia under legendary Coach Jack Bauerle and how he applies what he learned to his current daily coaching task!

Katie's Wildcats are members of the Big 10 conference. Katie was a star at the University of Texas. She was an 11 - time All-American. She earned a spot at the NCAA Championships every year as a Longhorn and helped Texas to four Top - 10 finishes. Katie's coaching experience, before Northwestern, includes head coach at Tulane and assistant coach at Rutgers and Virginia. Katie talks about her keys to success swimming at a high collegiate level. She also discusses what Northwestern looks for in a potential recruit. 

University of Richmond Head Coach Matt Barany talks about the teams Atlantic 10 Woman's Championship from last year and the importance of team chemistry. Matt also talks about the importance of sleep and how it affects your heart rate as a swimmer.  

University of Rhode Island Swim Coach Lilli Deering speaks with us about what it's like to not only coach at, but swim for her alma mater Rhode Island. Lilli is one of the most successful swimmers in the programs history and was a four time Atlantic 10 All-Conference performer. She gives her insight into a successful breaststroke as well as her favorite hype song before meets!

Brent MacDonald is the head swim coach at Xavier University located in Cincinnati, OH. Xavier is a member of the Big East Conference. Brent was a four year swimmer and record holder while at Valparaiso University. Brent also was a club coach for the Cincinnati Marlins and Noblesville High School in Indiana. Brent talks about his coaching experience and provides some great insight on the importance of good underwater skills.
