This week we interview Mike Radford, Head Age Group Coach of the Athens Bulldog Swim Club (ABSC) in Athens, GA. Over the past few years, the club has continued to innovate and change their operation for the benefit of swimmers and coaches. This has led to a multiple pool club team that continues to grow by using a few principles that seem simple, but changed the landscape of their team. We have been looking forward to talk with Mike for a few months and the interview doesn’t disappoint.
