While out at a bar Nicci was accosted by a drunk woman and then she was given an unsolicited pep talk that Alex got unwillingly dragged into.  This starts a discussion about people commenting on our bodies because of their internalized fatphobia and then we open up about our own internalized thoughts. We also give a listener some advice after she sent us a DM seeking help with battling her insecurities of dating someone shorter and thinner.

We're back and we have updates!! A lot has changed in two weeks!
