God doesn't need my help or yours. Our value to Him has nothing to do with the skill set we bring to the table. He doesn't love us because of what we can produce.

The secret to contentment isn't our belongings. It's BELONGING.

Sabbath says, "I have enough, and You are enough."

Silence and Solitude are places of peace and power!

You don't have to be stretched thin. You weren't meant to live life that way. We serve an infinite God, but we are finite.

"I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!" We all need Jesus to help us along in our faith sometimes. There are others who will need us to help them along in their faith as well. Let's learn to grow a heart that comforts.

In the healing of the blind man and the events that led up to it, we see multiple layers of God at work. As was true with the blind man, these events can move us from darkness to dim light and from unclear sight to a full and clear vision of the picture of these events are painting.

This week we're looking at how Jesus lovingly confronted those He loved and how we can do the same.

Christ's love, proven and displayed on the cross, is not in anyway negated by the harsh realities of our brokenness. His heart for us is proven all the more as He enters into our pain and joins us in our waiting.

Jesus never wasted anything – not a word, a moment, an opportunity, or a person. This Sunday, we will find Jesus stepping over numerous cultural boundaries and violating significant social taboos to give acceptance and value to a woman who has been thrown away over and over again. Jesus displayed a heart that accepts.
