Switch it Up

It finally happened…both of your hosts own next generation consoles. Tune to hear about how Kolby obtained a Playstation 5 and how Tyler is enjoying the Xbox Series X (he is becoming the Elden Lord). Despite this, we are still pumped for Xenoblade Chronicles 3 (which got moved….up??) and Splatoon 3 and cover those as well!

(I let the introduction song run a bit longer…let me have my moment of triumph)

Kirby is still sweeping Nintendo Nation, Tyler is officially a certified gym leader and beat one opponent six straight times. No mercy. We also answered some Q&A questions, so shoutout to all the lovely people who sent us some! :)

Also, quick question for all of you...How does Meta Knight, a cosmic being trained in the art of the sword since the time of his existence ALWAYS lose to Kirby, a pink loveable blob who only ever picks up a sword to duel Meta Knight??? How does this work??

Everything was going well in the world. Kirby was being enjoyed by all, Will Smith was apologizing for giving Chris Rock all five fingers, then BAM. Eiji Aonuma delays the Breath of the Wild sequel. Oh well, the Kirby being enjoyed part is still true.

We kinda bounced all over the place here. Kolby played the new Kirbo demo and it feels and plays incredible. Could be the turning point for that series. Tyler ruined everyone's life in the Dying Light 2 world. He messed up so bad, he is rectifying his failure as soon as he gets back from vacation. “The Batman” is so so good and you should all go see it, and if you find yourself at Penn State in the first weekend of April, play the PSPC. Tell em Switch it Up sent yah.

Switch it Up was bested both individually and team wise last Saturday night in the Indie Podcast Mariokart Tournament. Pain. We discuss the night as a whole and how awesome it was to collaborate with so many cool podcasters. Afterwords, Kolby FINALLY can talk about a game he’s playing and the Twitter wars he’s been lately, and we close with Tyler's journey through Arceus and bounce some improvement ideas off of each other for another game in that style.
