For years, being the "gym girl" was my entire identity. I loved working out, staying active, and chasing fitness goals, but what looked healthy on the outside slowly became something much more complicated. In this episode, I share my journey from being obsessed with exercise and struggling with constant food noise to developing an eating disorder that ultimately landed me in the hospital.

We talk about the pressure to always do more, how easy it is to confuse discipline with self-destruction, and what happens when your body forces you to slow down. Now, instead of focusing on burning calories and pushing harder, I'm working on how to gain weight, heal my relationship with food, and find value in myself outside of exercise.
