.5oz Maraschino Liqueur

2oz Laird's Applejack
3/4oz lemon juice
1/2oz pear syrup
1 egg white
Dry shake without ice vigorously and then add ice to shake for another 15 seconds. Strain and serve over ice in an old fashioned glass.
