I’m Hungry! Who says that after getting their neck broken in a traffic accident?
Ladies and gentleman, two wrongs don’t make a right but two Sean's can make some magic happen. My English dapper twin, Sean Briers, joins us on this episode of the Swole Podcast to talk about his short lived career as a rugby player, the car accident that changed his life but not his personality and getting kicked out of gyms for breaking them. Literally, he broke a gym.

Once upon a time in Wales, a man learned about something called an Ironman and what it was all about. As a Bodybuilder, his initial thought process was that this is crazy! Who would do something like that. But, where opportunity comes, doubter will rise. Though, it had a opposite effect.
Kris Gethin turned the doubters into witnesses as he has begun his training for an Ironman whilst maintaining his bodybuilder physique. Not only has he accepted this challenge as an individual, but for all body builders to break that stereotypical nonsense of , “ all show and no go.”
Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to present to you, Kris Gethin. Part 2. Brought to you by Swole O’Clock and Iron Bean Coffee Company. Use promo code SWOLEBEAN to receive 15% off any of their coffee.
When we think about everything that makes us great, successful, superior or significant, what common things come to mind? Does it seem that we must possess a slight level of insanity to be so tenacious with our goals or does this simply come with the territory?
Our guest today takes the seriousness of his goals to a WHOLE OTHER LEVEL. In fact, he has earned the nickname, “ The omnipresent entrepreneur” by me, yours truly, for his ability to step outside of himself, and the entire picture, and look at his life the way God looks at his plan for us.
Ladies and gentlemen, this episode is all about the man, the athlete, the life of Kris Gethin; owner and CEO of Kaged Muscle Nutrition, author, fitness model and mild manner genius of his time.
I want to tell you a story of a young man in High School. A skinny kid who was always in some sort of physical activity. Born of a hard working home and instilled a strong faith in God, this boy began his path to manhood and the first step would be his date to a dance and his date, was NOT the girl he wanted to ask.
Although, be it luck or fate, he found himself in a slow dance with her in his arms. Their eyes met in a dubious celebration of a deep enigmatic connection that sends butterflies through one’s stomach and he knew she was going to a big part of his life.
The next day, he found her in the arms of the captain of the football team. Furious, confused and broken, he bagged up his aggression to unload it on a small weight training area located in his apartment complex where he lived and, for three hours, he trained, he cried and began his journey into bodybuilding.
That man is Mitch Muller, and this is the 2nd part of his story.
How do you know you’re on the right path in your life? How can you be certain the directions you take and have been taking are leading you where you need to be?
Our guest today takes us on a journey of discovery. He was raised in a blue collar, hard working home that instilled a faith in god and a laser like focus that would, eventually, lead him to a turning point in his career and, most importantly, in his life.
You know Mitch Muller as the body builder, but I want to introduce to you the entrepreneur, business owner, God fearing and laser focused version of Mitch that you don’t know about. A man who is guided by his faith and tested on a daily basis to prove to himself who he is and where he should be.

Our guest today takes us on a trip down memory lane during his time in college. He was a track athlete who eat, lived and breathed the sport. He became so engulfed in athletics, he turned his attention to writing creative poetry to give himself a break. One day, he had had enough but thought back to his father, a war vet in Desert Storm who made the commitment to see through all he had been given, until the bitter end.
Dr Darian Parker joins us on today to talk about finding your own way in life, utilizing your necessary missteps and focusing on the important factors in your life and ignoring the immediate gratifications.

Many of you will be very familiar with my guest on today’s show. Many of you will know him from his contributions to the fitness industry via his YouTube channel, his competitive days as a bodybuilder, his supplement line and website TigerFitness.com and even simply by saying, “ BOOM!”
However, we’re not here to discuss that today. This episode is about what made Marc Lobliner. On this show, we’re talking about how Marc Lobliner grew up in fear of his mother due to her PTSD as a soldier for the Israeli army. We talk about growing up on the streets of California in the worst of neighborhoods and how, after one night, his life would never be the same.
