Michael is joined by Greg Dyer, CEO of the Sydney Fish Markets, which will remain open throughout the Easter long weekend for the provision of seafood and other produce to the public.

 

Good Friday will operate with extended trading hours from 5am – 5pm with Saturday, Sunday and Monday being open from 7am -5pm… though individual retail opening hours will apply.

 

He says the health and safety of visitors, employees and other workers at Sydney Fish Market is their highest priority and they will closely monitor the Coronavirus (Covid-19) situation and comply with, and respond immediately, to all guidelines which are issued by the Australian Department of Health and the NSW Department of Health.
