"Spring has sprung". In this episode I share a little bit about my recent vacation, my journey in Yoga and some life lessons as well.

We'll begin our journey exactly where we need to: at my desk, in my apartment in Minneapolis, MN. The month is February, the temperature is 12 degrees and this is the first time I've plugged in my microphone and started recording...Enjoy:)
