There are incredible spiritual changes happening on our planet right now. There has never been a time full of so much potential. Our world is changing and each one of us is changing with it.

We are being asked to come into an entirely new way of being and that can feel disorienting. There are no roadmaps, no path has been laid out for us and we make our own way into a new world.  And in the uncertainty of navigating this there can be a tendency to feel a little wobbly and confused as all of our old reference points make no sense in this new world and life that is emerging. Deep healing is being called for. 

How do we keep from feeling destabilized in all of this newness? How do we keep engaging our creative brilliance at will? How do we keep from creating the same old patterns and paradigms that have been played out for eons? How do we stay stable through this evolutionary leap and this up leveling process?
