• Vanaf 2007 samenwerking met Team Industries (toeleverancier in de plaatbewerking voor de machinebouw, railway, off-highway en energie transitie) 

Smart Romania is sinds 2015 onderdeel van de groep “Team Industries”  https://teamindustries.com/markets/  met locaties in België (2x), Slovakije (2x) en Roemenië (2x). In 2023 werd de groep opgenomen in de portfolio van Capmont (een Duitse private capital investment manager) 

Zelf ben ik sinds 2004 plant manager van Smart Romania met twee locaties (Livada (SM) en Satu Mare (SM)).

Samen met een tachtigtal collega’s in de Satu Mare regio produceren we voornamelijk voor de compressor, telecommunicatie en off-highway

Onze hoofd-activiteiten : lasersnijden, CNC ponsen, kanten, lassen (TIG/MIG/LaserWeld), inserten, poederlakken en assemblage van componenten uit staal, aluminium alsook roestvrij staal.

About Eberhard Gill
Dr. Gill has been working as researcher at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) from 1989 to 2006 in the field of precise satellite orbit determination, autonomous navigation and spacecraft formation flying. He has been Co-Investigator and Principal Investigator on several international Earth and deep space space missions. He developed a GPS-based onboard navigation system for the BIRD micro-satellite and a GPS-based guidance, navigation and control system for the Prisma formation flying mission. Since 2007, he holds the Chair of Space Systems Engineering at the Delft University of Technology (TU Delft). The chair has developed the nano-satellite Delfi-C3, launched in 2008 and successfully operated for more than 15 years, as well as the Delfi-Next nano-satellite launched in 2013 and the pico-satellite Delfi-PQ launched in 2022. From 2013 until 2021, he served a head of the Department Space Engineering at the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering of TU Delft. From 2015 to 2023, he has been Founding Director of the TU Delft Space Institute. He initiated the Systems Engineering Platform at TU Delft in 2023.

Over Wouter Leibbrandt

 Wouter Leibbrandt is directeur Digitale Systemen bij TNO. Hij heeft een passie voor complexe systeemproblemen. Hij wil mogelijkheden ontwikkelen om deze met de juiste methodieken te ontwerpen. En deze vervolgens te onderhouden zodat ze blijven doen wat ze moeten doen en de systemen niet vastlopen. Het business segment Digitale Systemen richt zich op het aanpakken en beheersen van deze steeds toenemende complexiteit in onze samenleving, die in rap tempo digitaliseert. 

Bij TNO-ESI focussen we ons op complexe high-tech systemen en werken we samen met grote Nederlandse bedrijven op dit gebied en academische partners. En sinds ruim een jaar hebben we de aanpak uitgebreid naar de digital energie transitie. Hier werken we samen met de hoofdrolspelers in het Nederlandse energiesysteem. 

Voordat hij in 2016 bij TNO kwam, werkte Wouter bij NXP Semiconductors en bij Philips. Wouter is gepromoveerd in de natuurkunde aan de Universiteit Utrecht.
