You might know Emily as an SOS trainer, but there's so much more to her than meets the eye. She's got her PHD in women's studies, she's run more miles than 10 people combined (and fast), she's the mom of 2 girls, she's done a TED Talk, and she was recently on The Smithsonian podcast. Impressed? Yeah, me too.

There's no doubt she has an impressive resume, but above it all she's a truly genuine person and I just think the world of her.
