Season 2 Episode 6 //
Episode 21
-T-Zach, Bobby and Jordan talk about the recent Grand Theft Auto 6 leaks, which was one of the biggest reported leaks in media history.
-Reports say that all this Discovery maneuvering is all in the name of selling Warner Brothers in a few years...with the potential buyer being none other than Comcast/NBCUniversal.
-There's drama on Twitch, now, too.
-The boys get into geopolitics and how weird it all is.
Episode 20 - T-Zach, Bobby, and the long-awaited official debut of Jordan (aka Serpent Monkey) to the podcast. Part 1 of a chill conversation about the Emmys, great television, most logged gaming hours, and grifters. Tyler is sick, Jordan is overjoyed to be on, and Bobby is Bobby as always. A very very chill episode for a weekday evening. Join us!
Episode 19 - We're coming in hot with a huge cast of wonderful pals to rip into some DRAMA. This is the hater episode. \\
Not only do regulars Bobby and Devin join T-Zach on this Friday's episode, but EMMA TAVOLACCI (!), whom you may remember from Episodes 3 and 4 (!) returns for our review/healthy roasting of Thor: Love & Thunder. We also continue to criticize and discuss the latest and greatest of Marvel's Multiverse of Mid-ness. I even got the superfans to start dunking on Marvel a bit. I won. \\
Then, we are also joined for the first time by ELISE BARNES (!) to break down what everyone really wants to discuss: Don't Worry Darling, Spitgate, Wilde, LaBeouf, Styles, Pine, Pugh, and the rest of the poor cast & crew of this ill-fated new thriller. It's juicy, what can we say? The episode quickly goes off the rails, ANOTHER guest joins the podcast (?), the queen passes, and what good did the UK ever give us anyway?
Episode 18 - Our first dedicated review episode is a double feature of two of the biggest summer movies this year: ELVIS directed by Baz Luhrmann, and NOPE directed by Jordan Peele. Sam Lamb (@samanthamlamb) and Bobby Hutchinson (@hobbybutchinson) join to talk about them, and wonder why haters are no fun.
Episode 17 - We're back. Here's a nice little transition episode to get us back in the swing of things. -Welcome back -Plans going forward -MAIN Discussion: Streaming is Bad -Physical media? -Video essays -Other industries do this already -The death of the word "woke" and what to do about anti-SJWs -The Disneyplussification of entertainment -Insane national and international history that you've never heard of until a piece of media decides to portray it! -The next wheel -Talking too long about pockets and pants
Moving on to everyone's second-favorite B-tier service, Paramount+! We discuss its merits and the surprisingly attractive lineup and catalogue. And show our Nickelodeon kid biases a little too much.
We also discuss other recent recommendations like Bo Burnham: Inside, the Fear Street trilogy, HBO's The Outsider, and more!
Episode 16
Continuing our discussion with the Streaming Wars, HBO Max, a long overdue (but still brief) review of Zack Snyder's Justice League, and many many other tangents about the state of the world. Keep an eye out as we return to a regular upload schedule!
Episode #15
Today's main topic: HBO Max: was the experiment worth it?
How's the state of those gaming consoles we keep hearing about (but hardly own any)?
All this and more on a timely episode of T-Zach & Friends.
