Episode 3: What Is the T4 Method? Test. Tailor. Train. Transform.
What if the biggest problem with most fitness and weight loss programs is that they treat everyone exactly the same?
In this episode, I'm breaking down the foundation of T4 Transformation Coaching and the four principles behind my coaching philosophy.
TEST. Stop guessing. Understand your body through assessments, bloodwork, metabolic testing, genetics, and other tools when appropriate.
TAILOR. Use that information to build an individualized nutrition, training, and lifestyle plan around YOUR needs, goals, and starting point.
TRAIN. Put the plan into action. Build muscle, improve fitness, fuel your body properly, and develop habits you can actually maintain.
TRANSFORM. It's about more than losing weight. It's about improving your health, changing your body composition, understanding your body, and learning how to maintain your results for life.
After years of coaching and helping people achieve transformations, one thing has become very clear to me.
You don't need another quick fix. You need to understand what you're doing and WHY you're doing it.
That's what T4 is built around.
Give Episode 3 a listen. We're getting back to the basics of what real transformation should look like.
Episode 2: When Did Success Become Something We Hate?
A recent post about my 12-month BioCode Unlocked coaching program went viral, and the hate that followed brought up a much bigger issue.
From accusations about PEDs despite years of transparency, to watching one of my 21-year-old athletes earn his WNBF Pro Card in a drug-tested federation and face accusations of cheating that very same day.
What has happened to us?
In this episode, I dive into how cynical our world has become, the growing insecurities among men, and why so many would rather tear someone down than learn from their success.
I also talk about why I've learned to embrace being disliked and how sometimes the negativity is exactly what gets your message to the people who need it most.
This episode isn't just about fitness or coaching. It's about a much bigger problem in today's world.
Take some time and give Episode 2 a listen. I think it's a conversation worth having.
