I almost ran 20 miles last week! Slowly, but surely getting back to running, and yes, I was able to stop at 19.5 miles for the week. A lot of that is because I have been running by minutes instead of miles. If you are coming back from injury or time off, maybe it would be good for you too. Training update and what I am thinking of making for you.
