Last week I ran with Bailey in the stroller, and it was so refreshing to go out there and enjoy the race. Take in those moments I am usually too focused to notice, help friends out with their races so they do well (and you feel good), and get a new lease of life on your running. I think everyone should give this a try, and here is why.
