How do you act with other people? How do you behave in the world despite the circumstances? Wisdom is more the words you say. It is a lifestyle you live.

Your tongue can be very dangerous or very useful for the Kingdom. It’s your choice to reveal the goodness of God through your words in these difficult days

You cannot have faith without works. Works are evidence of a living faith, and this evidence is a love for God and others.

Living Faith leads to action (2:14-26)

Living Faith is made evident through our action (2:17-26). God does not define you by your failures, He defines you by your faithfulness.

How can we show favoritism to others when God does not show it toward us? James shows us that Faith and Favoritism don’t go together (2:1-8) and that we need to love others the way we love ourselves, the Royal Law (2:8-13).

The idea of religion is offensive to Paul. If your religion does not involve backing up your words with action then your religion is dead!

We need to be (1) quick to hear, (2) slow to speak, and (3) slow to anger. When we do that, we achieve the righteousness of God.

It is about a FAITH that WORKS, Not Faith vs Works. Don’t be deceived, because temptation comes from within, and God does not tempt us toward evil, He gives good things.
