My step dad died at 93; and he was not happy about it!

My friend gets health news that reminds him death is on the way.  This reminds me of  my step dad Bob passing just a 4 or 5 months earlier.  My recommendation to my friend — just do what I’ve been told.  Meditate on it!

When confronted with our mortality…  we can focus on the shoulda’s but I say let’s look at death.  Until I confront my thoughts around death I can’t get a picture what’s past it.
