With my 2020-21 NHL cards arriving from Plaay Games today, I played my assigned opening round game for the New York Rangers at ST. Louis Blues. This is an annual tournament hosted by Plaay Games to kickoff the release of the previous year's NHL card set.

I talk about the different approaches I take to getting the immersion effect on my tabletop. It's all about recreating an experience you remember, and there are lots of tools that can help you accomplish that. My approach varies by sport and I walk you through some of them to discuss what works and doesn't work for me.
