In this episode of the Tackle Thursday With JK Podcast, JK discusses the importance of not becoming consumed with Visibility. He emphasizes that our focus should be on Value and not Visibility. According to JK, Visibility is important, but not as important as Value. JK warns young adults in this episode that they will experience a season of invisibility in areas of their lives. However, when they experience this season it won't mean that who they are or what they are doing has no value. JK reminds young adults that their value will always be intact and if they continue to stay focused and persistent, then in due time they will enter a place of visibility and more people will become aware of their value and greatness. 

The mind is a terrible thing to waste. In this episode JK was joined by Mental Training Expert and Trailblazer Nicholas Davenport. Nick shared  psychological gems and tips that are beneficial to one's own mental health throughout the entire episode as both JK and Nick tackled the topic "The Power of the Mind."

As 2022 comes to a close and we enter 2023, we must examine the things we said we were going to do this year but still have not done it. JK discusses in this episode how in 2023 our Words and Actions must agree.  JK emphasizes that whatever we say, we must have the actions to match it. We have to not talk the talk, but we must also walk the walk. In 2023 JK wants you to constantly check to see if your words and actions are matching and if they aren't then make the changes so they do.

We set goals and we start out pursuing the goals. Sometimes along the way we find ourselves settling in disappointment, hopelessness, fear, regret, failure, or at a destination that God never intended for us to be. We have to make sure we don't settle for less than what God has for us, because those that we lead could be impacted in a negative way by our settling.
