It’s hard enough being told that your body doesn’t measure up to society’s standards, but when you hear negative comments from the people you love, it’s even harder. In today’s episode, I share a few experiences that forced me to develop a hateful perception of my body and how I learned to dismantle those beliefs. I’ve made some major life changes to improve my overall health, but not because someone else told me to. I did it for me.
