Life gets messy, it can be difficult, and it can be overwhelming.  It's easy to experience negative thoughts which in turn affects the way we feel and act.  It's easy to be consumed with these thoughts and if are present for long enough periods of time can result in us formulating negative limiting beliefs about ourselves, others, and the world.
