I am joined by Barry Carey in Sydney Australia to talk to me about his journey though mental illness and bouncing back from some of the darkest days of his life, this is a powerful episode and has explicit language and sensitive content. I felt it was right to share this episode not just because barrys story is powerful and inspiring but also because Barry has overcome the worst of his mental illness,for example if Barry was still in the eye of the storm of it then talking to me and making his struggles public wouldnt help him but speaking to him i knew straight away he is so much better, happier and stronger so i hope you all enjoy this episode , please share it and subscribe for more great episodes
