Scot McCloughan spent more than 20 years in the NFL as a scout, front office executive and general manager. He played a pivotal role in building the 49ers defense on the mid-2000s and the Seahawks team that went on to win the Super Bowl in 2014.
We asked him a variety of questions about front office operations, player personnel decisions, the current Washington Football Team, the draft and much more.

John brings a wealth of knowledge and familiarity with his perspective on the organization.
