In the second segment, we meet two people training for a challenging multisport races. Wilson Du & Amy McCann explain their reason and cause.

We close out the show and learn about some commuters that are speed running the BART system today. The goal is to either hit every BART station or at least 50 stops. The goal is to complete them within six hours. Also happening this weekend are some Shakespeare performances in the area.
