in these times of COVID troubles, I found myself looking for ways to soothe a little the anxiety it naturally creates. I wanted to feel connected to the *now*, in as many ways I could. Reading out loud some simple relaxation scripts helped me release my tension, and tackle on my days with a refreshed heart and mind.
