Immaculate Juma is an Advocate (of the High Court of Kenya) and an artist whose inclination towards the arts has largely influenced her practice in areas of law including Intellectual Property law, Art Law, Privacy and Image Rights and Employment.
Immaculate is currently practicing law whilst also teaching Music Business and Protection of Intellectual Property at Africa Digital Media Institute (ADMI) Nairobi and works with creatives on diverse areas of art law including protection of their Intellectual Property (IP), IP Management and contract negotiation. She is the founder of ArtLaw Kenya, a law firm whose mission is to bridge the gap between artists and their accessibility to legal advice.
