So many people think programs like yoga teacher training are only for teachers. They’re not. They’re for growth. They’re for peeling back layers. They’re for discovering parts of yourself you didn’t even know were there.

I had no idea when I started teaching one simple yoga class where it would lead. One opportunity opened another door… which opened another… and suddenly I was collaborating on stages and in rooms I never imagined. Not because I had it all figured out — but because I kept saying yes.

This episode is your reminder: take a chance on you.

You don’t need the whole plan. You just need the courage to take the next step.
