What if I told you that you've been breathing wrong? You may think I'm crazy, shoot, I think I'm crazy! When I found out I was breathing wrong I was dumbfounded. It's something we need to do to survive, it's something that just comes naturally to us, right? WRONG! Between sitting and our inactive lifestyles, like many other things, our body adapts. We tend to breathe through our neck and chest and this can cause a mess of issues. We should be breathing through out diaphragm more which can have a bunch of carry over to weight lifting and exercise. If you practice Yoga you may already be aware of this, if not stay tuned.
