The boys talk about how to create a positive image/personality and online presence for the recruit before and during the application process, the importance of maintaining good grades and school ethics, and how to find resources to get connected with coaches and colleges. Moreover, Monte and Brendan also mention the importance of priorities, developing the full commitment to play sports, finding the proper athletic/academic/financial fit for the student recruit, and how to building a realistic target list of schools to apply to.
