Connor Marsden joined Salesforce in 2014 and is currently the Executive Vice President for North America Service Cloud at Salesforce. He is responsible for Distribution, Customer Success, Marketing, and working closely with the Product Teams on future innovations. In his time at Salesforce, Before joining Salesforce, Connor was the U.S. lead for Microsoft’s CRM.
