When Glenn Marvin was 16 he nearly died on the operating table after rupturing his spleen in a high school rugby match and bleeding for close to two hours waiting for an ambulance.

Fifteen years later as a police officer he nearly lost his life again trying to rescue a woman caught in a house fire. He failed and ended up leaving the job.

Those two moments made him realise how much he valued life and gave him an unwavering desire to make a positive difference in others lives every single day.

He began doing pro-bono work in 2017 & started asking them to share their fears, challenges, frustrations and needs in return the overwhelming response was that of frustration, skepticism, and anger at being misled by digital marketers they had dealt with in the past.

This coupled with a lack of clear direction on what they should be doing identified an opportunity to make a difference.


Hi company, https://www.konnector.co.nz was born from frustration over this and he predominantly works with businesses and business owners on their business planning and marketing strategies to give them clarity, direction and accountability.

He was an early adopter of content creation and video on LinkedIn in New Zealand and joins us for our first episode of Find My Voice to share his secrets to help you find your voice.
