I crashed my husband's car! I felt so terrible, but in this episode, I go through my process dealing with the stress of the situation. We all make mistakes or have experiences that make us angry. It's important to own up to it, but I also explain how to prevent dwelling on the mistake so that our emotions don't control us.

The last time I recorded a podcast was in March and it is now July. I forgot how fun it was to talk to myself and in this episode I just give some life updates. I talked about my 4th of July weekend and how my time in South Carolina is coming to end. Soon I'm moving to Arizona for dental school and I'm super sad, but excited at the same time.
